What kind of Cheese should I use for Fondue??? - cheese fondue set availability in chennai

I have a fondue set for Christmas and wanted to use for Valentine's Day, but I do not know what kind of cheese to use or what I Dep.
Pan ... Vegetables ... Cubes of cooked chicken ...

I know how to melt the chocolate and it "dessert", but never used cheese.

The best recipes in my opinion, as the mixture of Swiss and Guyer. A pinch of nutmeg and water, Kirsch (cherry), if you have it.

Cheddar, Gouda and Raclette.
Raclette, but only if you experience a cheese-eating!

Fontina Raclette is generally used, but is very good. Add a little cherry (liquor) Liquor

I had a "party" in the melting pot cheese once and it was delicious! I think it was cheddar jalapeno and garlic! Super good tortillas and bread ... even apples!
